Ellis L Maxwell
holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College, (2016). Ellis has extensive experience in investigations. While assigned to major crimes, Ellis was assigned as the lead investigator for the Susan Cox Powell investigation.
Ellis retired as a police detective in Jan-2016, with over twenty years in law enforcement for Utah’s second largest municipal law enforcement agency, West Valley City Police.
